Terms of Service

1. The service

Peekout provides device and network security tools, breach and dark-web monitoring, encrypted DNS, and VPN access. Some features are free and some require a premium subscription.

2. Subscriptions and billing

• Premium is offered as monthly, quarterly, semiannual, and annual plans.
• Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Billing is handled by the store under its terms.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

3. 7-day free trial and cancellation

• New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and you are charged.
• Cancel at any time from your app store account. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

4. Auto-renewal

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends, as required by the app store.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use Peekout only on networks and devices you own or are authorized to test, and only for lawful personal security purposes. You may not use Peekout to attack, intrude upon, or surveil others.

6. Security-tool disclaimer

Peekout helps you identify risks but cannot guarantee detection of every threat, hidden camera, breach, or malicious app. The Security Score and scan results are informational and are not a guarantee of safety.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreStack Teknoloji is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app. The service is provided "as is".

8. Account termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the service. You may delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.
